revisiting American muscle
Hey all,
Happy to be here. I recently came to the decision to sell my Honda S2000. Not a decision I have made lightly as I absolutely adore the car. I am lucky enough to have a connection to a 2010 SS that I can grab at a family discount. My very first car was a 1991 Fox Body GT. I loved that car too. I guess all good things come to an end. I will be joining this new community soon as a Camaro owner. The SS will have low miles and has been well maintained. It has sat a lot. Is there anything I should understand before diving into this new car experience? I am mechanically savvy. Although I do have to say the Fox Body and the S2000 look easier to work on at the surface. Anything I need to keep an eye out for as potential issues?
I am grateful to have access to a nice looking and fast car, but being totally unfamiliar with the family of vehicle makes me slightly nervous. Thanks for having me.

Welcome aboard, can't say I know much about 2010's except a few friends have 5th gens and love them.
Where do you hang your hat? Is there a local Camaro club? If so you can gain a lot of good info talking with other owners.
I belong to The Columbia River Camaro Club based in NW Oregon and SW Washington.
Also if you do Facebook there are a multitude of Camaro pages there with owners from around the globe.
For tech info there are quite a few other web sites as well like.https://ls1tech.com/forums/
I'm sure you'll love your Camaro.
