I am new to this forum, but think I will fit in.
I have spent the last 6 monthson my son's 98 Firebird.
I came across a 79 RS that has been sitting since 1992.
I have purchased a 396 Hi Per Pass to power the beast.
Currently the car is slightly disassembled, but look to be driving before summer.

 

Hi, welcome to the forums, I am new aswell. Love the 79 only see front but I always liked that style, also love the split bumper front years aswell. Have any pics of your sons 98 bird ?

Here we go! This was hte day I brought her home.She got a good bath before I rolled her in hte shop.
