Hey everybody! A newbe from the metro St. Louis area here signing in for the first time. I just aquired my first Camaro. It's a '70. It is a semi project. Hopefully it won't take me too long to have her up and running. My plans are for a driver quality car, but I have said that before and wound up with a show piece.
My background is mostly street rods. I've had 10 or 15 of those in the last 30 years. Most I built at home. I've built 4 custom Harleys, but the bike days are done for me. I built a '62 stepside Chevy PU about 5 yr ago that was a lot of fun. In a moment of weekness I bought a '75 Corvette in Jan. I was shopping for a Camaro when I found it and wasn't happy with that project from the time it rolled in to the garage. Fortunately I found a guy that had this '70 Camaro that wanted a mid year Corvette. I put some green with the rough Vette and now I own the not as rough Camaro.
I'm completely new to the Camaro so I'm sure I will be asking a lot of questions in the 2nd Gen area.
