Hey everyone my name is dave. I am looking at camaros, interested on getting one sometime next summer. What way is a better way to go LS1 or LT1? I currently drive a 2000 Pontiac GTP Supercharged, some mods to it but nothing to big.

Nice meeting ya

Welcome Dave.

Do a little searching on both Engines, LS1 and LT1, and then ask any unanswered questions. By doing so you'll get a "Feel" for both Engines and their Potential.

Welcome to the forum Dave. For your question, both engines have their pros and cons, it's about equal really, it's all going to depend on what you want to do with the car, what you can find, and what you can shell out.
