New from Illinois and first time Camaro owner !
Hi all,
I have been looking through this forum and seeing all the great information that flows through here and decided to register. I am a first time Camaro owner and look forward to interacting with a lot of you in the future.
I am a home mechanic after some years spent in commercial garages. I found that wrenching for a living was taking away the fun I used to have when I wrenched for hobby so I quit and got a different job.
Now, I put a lift in my garage and the fun is back !! Only cause I wrench when I want to, not because I have too !
My current projects are :

- 64 Nova, put in SBC 350 with 4/11 posi, working on new interior, fiberglass fenders and hood, eventually paint if I ever get there...
- 99 Camaro 3.8 automatic....for now. Just got it 2 weeks ago, have yet to decide what to do with it.
