Default New here-Need Z bar help for '83 Sport Coupe

Hello, first time poster. I just now happened to come across your site.

Looking for any help I can get to get bushings and/or anything else I need for a mechanic to install a Z bar/clutch lever in my '83 Sport Coupe. The clutch pedal creaks and squeaks and is somewhat hard to push in and out and it has been determined that a replacement Z bar would fix it, especially replacing bushings or anything else that might cause this condition. (In fact, the Z bar in the car right now is in good shape, has been welded and installed about 10 years ago to reinforce the area where it usually splits).

I have the Z bar - GM PN 14036151.

This would be the third (maybe fourth, lost count) that I've had installed since purchasing the car new (yes, I'm the original owner) in January of 1983 in Chatsworth, CA.

So, I guess I basically need an "installation kit" or what ever else I need to fix that noisy, hard to push in-and-out clutch.

I've been researching, and of course it's hard to find anything for a 33 year old Camaro.

Except for this problem, the car runs great.

Here's a couple of pics of my car for reference.

Thanks for any help and/or advice!

Gene
