Hey everyone, Im new to the camero world but soon i'll be up to my ears in it. Im wanting to build a 68 Camero, heres the deal I want to drop in a GM performance parts LS7 part # 17802397 for anyone that wants to see it. its rated at 505/487, iv read that it will fit in ANY camero with stock motor mounts. "not that i would use stock" but the only problem I am seeing is Id like to also put in a "modern" transmision possibly from a Z06 vet or a 95+Z28 "manual" Im not sure if anyone in here has done such a build, but would that kind of Tranny set up work with Minimal Custom fab?

 

If you post this question up in the first gen section I bet someone there will be answer this question faster than if you waited for them to finally make thier way onto this section.
