new to Chevys and needing to learn...
Well, I said I'd never own a Chevy as I.m a Ford girl. However...we bought my 92 Camaro RS in almost perfect shape w/ 70000 miles on it for $1000. The first time I drove it, I was hooked. This car is my baby (other than my son), and I am having to learn to work on a Chevy and learn it's temperament. Most of the people I know deal with old old cars, this includes my husband. Therefore they are almost all useless when it gets past the general mechanics. My car is finicky and has quirky stuff go wrong with it, that I later find out the hard way, is usual for a camaro my year. So I figured I should start associating with others who know about my car, and maybe learn a few things. I will ask questions and offer any experience I can to others. I truly appreciate any input I get.

me personally ive had little annoying problems that are real easy to fix or easy replace. im only 17 and ive done all the work myself (some of it with my dad) from new lights to changing out shocks and struts. everything is in the Haynes manual that you can get at autozone. all the work seems easy but just time consuming depending on what it is. have fun with the new life as as a chevy owner
