need some major help

Default need some major help

my cuzin is gonna sell me his 94 z28 for like 3000. this is gonna be my first car i can be proud of. now to cut to the chase, i dont know how to make this thing any better, i know these things have major potential but i just dont know where to start lookin to unlock it all. just to give you a lil history bout the car i know it has a flowmaster exuast and some kind of racing chip( thats the only peformance stuff thats on the car) all the rest of the upgrades are 22" rims, new paint, 2 12" subs, 4 6x9's and a screen in the dash for dvds and music. so can some one please help me with makin this car better than it already is.need some major help-img00132.jpg

i want it to be a everyday driver but still eat up most people on the track or a quick road race. well i guess the one word answer would be preformance

first id put smaller wheels on the car.you can start with a cold air intake and headers/ypipe.

at the risk of sounding like a total dumb A$$ what is all that stuff. i was gonna put the stock rims back on .

Get rid of the huge rims, they look ghey and will hinder your acceleration/performance.

Buy some Torq Thrust rims, 17 inch.

Cold air intake is probably the first mod you should do, just google it if you don't know what it is.

hey i like the torq thrust wheels, and i did do a little research on the cold air intake. and i think he might already have that. ill have to ask him and see. if so what else can be done to make a improvement

Welcome to the forum, check out the 4th gen tech section. There's a stickie for newbie's that don't know what to do to get to where they think they want to be. It has a ton of information, just what you're looking for.
