I found the problem, since it is the stock intake tubing without a tune and the cone is 9" compared to 5" that come on the CAI for my vehicle, the extra 4 PSI that I read is not being used.
I tell you though, a lot more helpful members here than in my own car's forum.

Of course this is before all the extensive modding I have done....
This was only when it was sitting on Eibach Lowering springs and little after my Magnaflow Catback exhaust (with a little debadging as well)
