Default I hate being the new guy...

So I bought a project 68 camaro that is in dire need of attention and body panels... I recently swapped a 2007 5.3L Vortec into my 1993 Jeep Wrangler so I overcame my fear of this sort of stuff. I have no real training in body work except that I replaced some floor panels in a friendsold bronco a while back but that is it. I can weld and paint and I am a wire guy at my job (USCG aircraft mechanic) so I am comfortable with just about anything. I am pretty good with just about any GM car but I do not know everything... Actually, I usually get by on my wit and charm, but that doesn't seem to get me very far with the cars that I have worked on... Anyway, I'm new here so go easy on me. You'll probably see me hanging out on the 1st gen threads asking questions like "do you know where this part goes?" and "How do you replace a roof skin?" That sort of thing... I have already found a wealth of info so I am glad that I found this place.

See yas around!!!

Well, I work on everything electrical or electronic on our helicopters so I am not sure if that answers your question... but I am pretty wicked with a multimeter and a wiring diagram...haha...

I'll post them up if you really want to see them... I haven't had it dyno-ed yet, but I think that with the exhaust and the intake system that I fabbed up, I should be running about 300h... Way more than it was stock! (4cyl @ 95h)
