Default HI GUYS NEW GUY HERE FRM LA CA

new guy here 1979 camaro z car ...hi everyone

Im working on a 1979 camaro z28 ..which i took the ac and heater off ..and seeing as how cold its getting i was wondering if anyone could tell me what i need to get the heater working again ..its a stock car with a mild motor ..

Welcome to the forum
what I did on my 69 was, take the ac cover you just removed from the firewall, strip it of everything, bolt the two halfs back together, cut the part that sticks out flush with where the blower moter is, then make a cover for the hole you just made with some fiberglass. then bolt it back up to the firewall hook all the heater stuff up and there you have it.
If you dont want to go through all that hassle then check e-bay there was a company making them, I'm just not sure if they make them for a 79

im in the san fernando valley ..thanks for the welcome guys ..
i think the mistake was that i took of all the ac vents and the engine cover the motor ..everything so i ned to know what parts i need
