help loadin pics

little lost here new to the forums but anyone know why its tellin me i cant upload pics of my car or anything it says im not allowed to either on the posts or as a pic for my car in my garage?

Hey Nazty28,

Welcome to the site. Nice looking 3rd gen you got. I had a 90 RS that I really liked but I'm partial to the 1st gen Camaro's.

What tracks do you go to, Cecil, MIR?

I got friends that go down to Cecil alot, I haven't been down there yet.
