hello again, I was active in this forum under the name 1983camaro about 5 or 6 years ago and lost my log in information so I am using this screen name now.
before I had a 1986 IROC-Z but sold it in a failed attempt to restore a 1982 DeLorean.
Been without a Camaro for 4 years and was having Camaro withdraws which was cured today.
I acquired a 1992 RS Camaro 25th anniversary edition.
It is red in paint. has the hard top body and 5speed manual transmission and 305 TBI.
Its a drivable project and look forward to conversing with owners on here again.

basically what happened was, was that after I acquired the delorean, the vendors started jacking up their prices. a radiator kit went from 500 one year to 620 the next year.
parts got too expensive for me to restore the car so I sold the car. the new owner is an ASE master tech and spent a bunch of time on it and got it running and driving in 2 months but its far from restored.
a 5 speed 3rd gen is what ive always wanted as far as a Camaro is concerned. this one I got was only the 3rd one ive seen in 15 years.
