Hello folks!
I'm about to invest in my second fourth generation Camaro. My first was a European edition 1998 with a 3.8L V6. I had a great time with that one, but had to sell it in Europe to get back home to the US. Now that I'm here, I've been scouting some opportunities for a fixer-upper, and just found a 94 Z28.
I have questions about some aftermarket mods for the LT1 350, regarding intake manifolds and would also like some advice or to see some work some of y'all have put into your LT1's. I'll browse through the forums to find the appropriate places to post these questions. My ideal goal with this engine would be to find a way to put an Edelbrock E-street EFI or a similar carb-looking EFI onto the LT1. I love the classic look of carbs, but understand the necessity for EFI when it comes to having a state-to-state cruiser with a V8. this car will be going from Iowa to Texas on a frequent basis.
Anyway, thanks for your attention so far, and I look forward to learning a good bit from you folks here.

The biggest problem you'd run into is hood clearance, as well as cowl clearance. Most carbs/TBI set ups will require notching the cowl area and getting another hood to clear the extra height you just added.
