Does anyone know why my camaros shifter is going up and down. I raced it once and now when ever I drive my shifter goes up and down and I feel something from the bottom of the car comeing up and hitting the car and every time I shift geers I feel it go back down. I'd like to know if I broke something or if it's just loose

 

Sounds like a transmission mount.
