[/align][/align]I have a 86 z28. It came stock with the 305 and 5 speed trans. The kid I bought the car from swapped to a 350 and put a 700 r4 in. Since I've had the car I had to put another 700r4 in because I burnt the other one up and this one feels like its about to go too. As for the rear end I replaced the pinon seal and soon after tore the new one up and the pinon bearing too. So I replaced the rear end with one from a 2.8 87 camaro. I'm on the second trans and the third rear end. Now my questions. Is this rear end going to work? And can I usethe T5 from the 2.8 87 camaro? I herd all I need is a different clutch. I also havea TH400 that's in my truck. If any one needs parts from a 87 2.8 camaro let me know. Thanks for any info.[/align]
