I'm sure this has been asked 100 times but I can't find the thread. Trying to find what modern center console I can drop in with simple modification to my 67' set up with floor shifter. I know the TMI are close but not sure how much modification they would need. The other choice I found is $2500 for a custom console.

Try taking a tape measure with you and go to a wrecking to see what you can find .and or make your own.

 

I put a 1978-88 Monte Carlo/El Camino console in mine, I have a Cheetah shifter. It's a good length and perfect width to fit between the seats. You'll still need to customize the shifter's trim panel to the console.
