Apparently I Joined A Long Time Ago...But Never Posted
Hello, my name is Richie and I'm a dentist in Oregon. I am 33 and a life long Camaro enthusiast. To date, I have owned 6 different Camaro's and every daily driver I have ever owned as been a Camaro. My first car was a 1996 Camaro 3.8L T-Top A4 car, green with a tan interior. I sold that on 2008 to buy a 2002 Camaro SS 35th Anniversary T-Top LE SLP M6 car which is my daily driver still. It has about 110,000 miles on it.
I have owned a pair of 1969 Camaros as well as a 1971 I6 and a 1972 RS 350. I sold the first 1969 (which was just a body) and both 2nd generation Camaro's not long after buying them. I bought my second 1969 Camaro at 18 in 2003 and I still own it today. When I bought it, it was a weak 350 (could have easily been fixed but I wanted a big block) which I swapped out for a 396. A 1969 Camaro was my dream car and I have owned one for 15 years...but sadly, I'm in the process of selling it. It's a long and complicated story, but its time to move onto something else. My intention is to buy a 1993 Camaro Z-28 Indy 500 Pace Car with some of the money from the sale and use the rest towards my next daily driver (which will be a non-Camaro, yikes).
I figured I will keep the 1993 and 2002 Camaro's for fun weekend drivers and use something else for my daily driver.
