My name is Brent, and I currently live in Ellensburg, WA. I am mainly into trucks (I go wheeling a lot), but my dad and I also have a '67 Camaro that I drag race. Right now it is set-up with a SB 350, 10.5:1 compression, electric fan/water pump, stainless radiator, and the alternator is removed. It sits on 29.5x11.5 street legal slicks and it has cal-trac bars for the rear. Body mods just include removing the inner fender wells, and it has a 4" cowl induction fiberglass hood. It has a full carpet interior and a 4-point roll bar, and is still sporting the stock driver's seat. It's current fastest E/T in the 1/4 mile is 11.84 at 112mph. My dad and his buddy also own a '77 Camaro that runs in the mid to low 11's. Here's a video of us drag racing....

Thanks. The '67 is running the street legal slicks, and the '77 is running slicks.

When we started racing the '67 it was running 12.6's-12.8's.

 

I'm tryin to get my 74 to run mid to low 11,s I've only had it 2 weeks Gave a mid 13's 68 442 for it and she feels like an 11 second car now so not much work to be done. Are you gona post more vid's?

 

My dad's '77 is consistently turning about 11.44. He is just running a SB 350, 14:1 compression. However, there isn't much left of the car...it is pretty stripped.
