So I saw this 1992 camaro for sale and the previous owner said that the car drives smokey and sometimes drives at 16 volts what could be the problem I have some ideas but looking for further guidance.
All and any ideas would help

 

I am not sure why smokey needs motivation but I think that is a plus.
Can we get a clue on the color and where the smoke is coming from or should we all start guess. I would guess the driver is vaping.

If there is an issue causing the 16 volts it could be a ground or the voltage regulator inside the alternator. If the car is in recharge the battery mode 16 volts is not that bad. So an over night draw could cause this in the morning.
