1968 special order

I just bought A 1968 Camaro convertable and the cowl tag says
Special paint
Special mask
Special order
Can anyone tell if there is A way to find out the original color,motor and if it is an rs, ss ????

Nice looking SS. Would need a vin number to be of more help, but from the looks of it, it's a SS 350 car, a SS/RS would have hide-away headlights and lower foglights.
