I have a 95 z28 and I'm getting ready to order long tube headers. Is there any advantage of buying the EGR block off plates and how time consuming is it to install them? Thanks for your help.

 

If you're not getting emissions compatible headers EGR block-off plates are a good idea. They aren't going to be that hard to install, all it's going to take is some reaching and feeling since the EGR system sits on the back of the intake manifold, under the cowl, so it's a bit tough to get to.
