You can use a dent puller, but it would be better to use a stud welder and puller. That way you don't have a bunch of holes in the quarter panel that require welding up. Color matching will be the hardest part of that repair.

BTW - that is a fairly common location for a dent on the fourth gens. I have seen numerous similar dents on other cars in almost the exact same spot and about the same size.

yea i have too but im trying to figer out the back end part under the light can that be replaced

I believe that is made out of a plastic resin. You might be able to do a repair on it with fiberglass and some bondo, as it is a small area that is damaged. Your other choice would be to locate a good piece at a wrecking yard or buy new and just replace the whole thing.
