Default Yay or Nay?????

Probably need Craby for this one.......... I have stumbled upon a new, in the box MSD optispark for cheap...... however I have a 93, and a 94 Z28, the MSD is for 95-97, I know the 95-97 has some kind of different vents or something to help with moisture failure on the old ones, but, is the harness, or pin on the back the same???? will my computer be able to adjust to it????? help...... Craby, I believe I read that you went through one pretty quick on your car, should I just pass on it, it's only 100.00 bucks. any help would be appreciated....

it wont fit on your car, that is unless you change the front timing cover on the motor, drill out the center hole bigger in the cam and put a longer pin in your cam or change the cam. the wiring harness on the msd goes all the way up and does away with the short stock one that goes from the opti up the side of the intake manifold.

A new one for $100? Buy it and resell it on flebay. You'll definitely make some good money on it.
