seriously, i was on my way to smog my car and the fans stop working, i got home and i found out the fans turn on when my maf is disconnected

That's because when you do that your system goes into open loop mode, the computer thinks something is wrong, trips the SES light (should have) and turns on the fan.
Unplugging a couple of the sensors will trip the fan.

thats why im trippped out, water pump coolant sensor are new, i checked the relays and fuses but obviously the system is working they turn on when the maf is disconnected...

what yr.? how did you check the relays?

95 lt1 ...puttin some voltage on the relays i can hear them clik, im started to hate my car if its not one thing is another

do a restance check on the realy it should be 85 and 87 that are the pins u should check i believe

ok. do you know what the resistance should be, i wish i had workshop manual

switch with a known working relay. if the problem goes away you found it. all the relays are the same except the abs one.

yea i did, i switched relays and what not im started to think and it looks like my pcm is the problem
