What kind of gain should I expect out of removing the CAT?

not much,just it will be louder and not pass visual inspection if you have it where you live

alright, I got full exhaust now (pacesetter longtube headers and y pipe), LPE CAI and PCMforless tune.

Anyone have a ballpark?

Also, what would the next smart mod to do?

i'd guess 275-285

are you manual or auto? either way i'd do a gear swap next. if you're auto i'd get a torque converter

its an auto with a shift kit. What gears would you recommend. I drive on the interstate with it occasionally soooo

Also what is the reason for a new torque converter? Is that like a stall? I have no idea :S

its not like a stall...it is a stall. torque converters won't add horses, but it will sure make it more fun to drive and keep you in the powerband longer
