Default What's next?

What else can I do to add some more hp (other than boost)? I have, headers, exhaust, intake, stage 2 clutch (doesn't add hp but helps put it down), intake manifold, heads, cam, (im gonna do a more agressive cam and different heads), aftermarket MAF, new pistons, 52mm throttle body, 3:43 posi rear (again helps put power down). What else can i do to add power? I need a good tune, so i'm going to do that. Anything else?

58mm ported intake manifold and a 58mm TB, larger fuel injectors. depending on the flow of the heads and how big the cam is. and of course a dyno tune if you want the best tune.

the intake manifold i have right now is an edelbrock (i'm not sure the size), i'll up the TB. Now for heads and cams, what's a good cam for my Camaro so that i can still take it on the street but still aggressive enough to rip around at the track.

Oh and yes, i was planning on dyno-tuning it.

Edelbrock sells kits that basically turn a stock LT1 into an engine comparable to an LT4. Roughly 330 hp at the crank for a bolt on application. Not bad in my book. And if your engine is still stock internally, their kit will really wake it up.

I found it at Jegs, and I am sure that it is available at several other places as well. Just do a search for "Edelbrock LT1 performance package".

Here is an article from a couple of years ago. It is pretty good reading and really opened my eyes to what is out there for the LT1.

Thats a great kit but i have a majority of that stuff done already so it'd be a waste. :/

edelbrock can be outperformed by most other addons for the lt1. i have an edelbrock airgap for sale. elliotts is the number one place to get headwork done. man works magic. he can also port a stock intake to flow better than aftermarket intakes. yes way better than a airgap. a tune at one of these places or at a local dyno tuner would do wonders when your done.

there's a reason people in the 4th gen community call edelbrock "edeljunk". its a waste of your money to go with those pieces as you spend an arm and a leg and could have spent less money for more performance
