How did you miss it? He was talking about a cutout and there it is.

Yeah there is a cutout. But the damn thing doesn't even turn on anymore, otherwise I would. I charged up the battery all the way with a charger and it turned over two days ago, I wanted to take it to a mechanic today and it failed me again.

Could the bad gas mileage be because of the catalytic converters? I'm getting those changed too.

yah the cats will mess with milage and make her run crapy. with mpg like that u got something goin on. have u looked for leaks? cant open the cutout huh. bummer. is it electric. could be corroded and just need to be losened up and a little shot of slickem.

No I looked it its not electric, the owner did tell me about the cutout and he said its manual. There's like a few screws, I can just open those up.
