Upgrade Opinions
Hey guys, I need some opinions on what to do next with my '95 Z. I was originally going to start some suspension work, but after coming across a few things on the internet, I'm not sure I need to go in that direction just yet. Now, my Z has 134,xxx miles on it and I don't know if the coils or shocks have ever been replaced, but I did the "self tests" and the shocks and coils seem fine. The car settles back into resting place after a bounce or a bounce and a half and there is no sag or bottoming out (unless I have to male adults in the back on a steep driveway). I also didn't notice any oil leaking from the shocks. There is some creaking from what I'm guessing is the coils and a some squeaking from the rear suspension when I hit some rough road, but besides that, it's a pretty smooth ride. So what do you guys recommend I do?
Should I go all out on the suspension like I originally planned and replace the coils, shocks, panhard rod, sway bar, etc? Can I get away with just doing one; either the shocks or coils? Or can I go a complete different direction for now?
I was thinking of getting a SS hood and a Moroso CAI. I currently have a budget of about $750-$1000. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks guys!

I bought a package deal on ebay that consisted a set of 4 vogtland lowering springs and gabriel shocks for around $300. It made the car sit with a good stance and looked/handled better.
Since I don't think I can completely afford the Koni shocks, what other ones would you recommend? How about between adjustable and non-adjustable shocks? I did have the tie rods and ball joints replaced recently so those should be good to go... Thanks again for the help!
i love my knoi's and they are adjustable. strano has some modified shocks that are good suff. they just came out with the koni double adjustable shocks where it adjusts the recover as well as the shock control so i was kinda bummed when i seen that but still happy so far with single adjust.
