Twin Screw Blower?
I'm sure it can be done, although at this point in time, to my knowledge, nobody has found a good place to fit one while using the stock hood. If you're willing to purchase a 2" Cowl hood you can do anything you want! If you truly want to get all you can out of your blower you better be ready to spend the money on some new forged internals, so higher flowing heads that have larger combustion chambers to take compression down (you want somewhere around 8:1), as well as a blower cam. Needless to say you have your work cutout for you, but that's not to say that it can't be done.
I wouldn't make anything out of sheet-metal for my engine, especially if I was going to be running forced induction. In my opinion you're best option is a Whipple supercharger, run it through an intercooler, and then run it into your stock intake.

Check out that picture, it'll give you a basic idea of what you can do, except it's on a Vette, so they have a bit more room.
