What would be a good tuner? For my 1996 camaro z-28?

I'm looking for a tuner after I would install heads and air intake, and exhaust.

The best is to go a shop and have it dyno tuned with a program called LT1 Edit.

any one having problems tuning with a ostrich emulator.i am new to this device. the problem i am having is the emulator and ecm are not making changes to the car.

Your car has an OBD2 PCM using flash memory, as far as I can make out your device works only with OBD1 ECM. But I could be wrong. What exactly were you trying to do? Be careful not to scramble up the PCM. There are certain routines that must be left alone, if the code is damaged the PCM won't respond anymore and you wind up buying another one or paying a GM dealer with a Tech 2 tool to reset it. Either way it is expensive.
