I have a 96' cam Z28, trying to get the check engine light to turn off so i can get it inspected. So i rented a scan tool and got trouble code P1351.the scan tool said "Ignition control module High Voltage", i ve llooked on different websites and they have said the the code means "Ignition Control Circuit Voltage High" i have replaced both the Ignition control module and the ignition coil, the check engine still wont turn off after i reset the codes. any suggestion?
