torque question

Default torque question

my book says to torque my rod caps to 22 and then turn 55 degress wth is this, and 22 pounds for rod caps dosent sound like very much. what do i torque these bolts to? thanks for your help.

Your torque will be 22 lbs. plus 55 degrees of a turn more. Final torque will be a bit more than 22.

didn't know they made an angel torque bar thank you for that. are you sure its 22lbs it just dosent sound right shouldnt it be like 50lbs

once u give it the extra 50some degrees it will be right up there.
