torque converter slipping???

P.S. yes that would be a good idea swaping cars lol, however if u wanna drive to LI, NY thats kool with me lol

my car stock had a 4L60E, im not sure about your year tho, i would assume the same, but try googling in some info and maybe something will come up

Wow that’s crazy just today I was running some errands and started experiencing similar problems. The only difference is I think mines not shifting into third. it only happens if I am slowly accelerating from like 45-60 around there… I think its third anyway.
When I floor it, it shifts fine (well i take that back, it shifts more often when I floor it), is this the same thing?

I just got the car like 3 weeks ago, under the impression everything was in good shape (mechanically), it has 84,5** miles and no mods that I know of. What do you guys think?

94 and newer cars use the 4L60E transmission, usually costs more to rebuild than a 700R4/4L60.
