Default time to break down and ask

ok i have been slowly rebuilding a 94 Z28, it is the lt1 and it is now bored out and stoked to the 383. my real question is can i run the stock intake manafold? i am not running the stock cam, and i made the intake and exhaust on the heads bigger. anothiner thing is i want to lose some wieght but keep it kinda nice is their any help for that? thanks Donavon

you can use the stock intake. will hurt the performance. you can have it ported, elliotts portworks can do it. 200 bucks. did mine, does a great job.

+1 on the Lloyd Elliot ported intake.

For some quick weight loss, take the rear seats out, remove the spare tire from the back, AIR/EGR delete (maybe 5lb if that), AC delete, lighter drive shaft, fiber glass/carbon fiber hood. That's all I can think of to keep it still looking nice.
