Threw it in first!
Ok so I threw it in first gear on accident. Going about 80 maybe less or more from second to third I missed. Took it out of gear immediately. Car ran fine. Now though I'm getting a strang noise from the engine bay. It sounds like something is loose. Pushrods? Getting it on the lift tommarow anything look for?

First off OUCH how the hell can you get the car to 80 in second? and why did you need to go that fast and slam the car into the next gear? Well the noise you are hearing is prolly a rod that has been beaten up and was about to let go on you. Not alot you can do about it if it is a rod.
If it is a pushrod or lifter you will hear a tick tick
If it is a connecting rod you will here a knock knock like some one is hitting the block with a hammer.

if it sounds like something is rattling (like a loose piece of metal) then you most likely spun a rod bearing. is your car in limp mode? it happened to me before. started up after filling up, took about 5 or seconds to start, and got low oil pressure like REAL low. and when i was at about 2000rpm while crawling home, it sounded like my header was loose at first, but it was a spun bearing.

Hope not cars not in limp mode. Not sure if the t56 has a limp mode. Hope its not a rod. Or I'm fd. But it sounds like out could be a lose header. So maybe a rod. Oil pressure is the same though.

oh ok yours is stick, then im not entirely sure. i was thinking it is auto and your hand slipped and you hit into 1st or something. well if your gonna have it checked out and on a lift tomorrow, i would say get yourself a pan gasket and oil and drop the pan and look for metal shavings/chunks and if you have the time, take the caps off and check the rods and bearings.

Its not consistent with the revs and doesn't do it when its cold. When its warm it only does it at idle sometimes. Sometimes not. Still worries me but mechanic sais its just something loose.
