t-56 torque rating

t-56 torque rating
Does anyone know how much torque these particular transmissions (93 - 97 LT1 Z28) can handle? It looks like 400lbs from the spec sheets I have been able to find. I'm looking more for an "unofficial" rating rather then an official one though....
