i have the dart pro 1 heads and i was putting in the steam line that goes to the back of the heads but noticed the bolt hits the inside of the heads. do i really need the steam line or do i need to shave the bolt to get it to fit.

 

yah its a good idea to keep it. gm put it there for a reason. so is it bottoming out or running out of threads? wont do any good if the steam/coolant cant get out. either gona have to shorter on one end or longer on the other. lol.

 

yea im thinkin just cut the bolt down. im really annoyed that dart made it like that considering they are for the lt1s, just sayin.
