i turn the ignition and i hear a rapid clicking sound and no turning over. all the lights turn on. a starter problem?

Bad starter, weak battery, poor battery cable connections. The clicking is usually the starter solenoid operating, but the contacts could be bad.

I had the same problem with mine. My problem was the battery. Replace the battery and I think you might solve your problem.
