spark plugs...how many stages colder than stock?

Default spark plugs...how many stages colder than stock?
96z28 supercharged, heads, cam, headers, exhaust. gonna replace the clutch and figure i should do the plugs while im at it just want to know how many stages colder than stock i should go, planning on NGK plugs. thanks
