should be three bolts holding the pulley to the hub. once there out its a matter of working the pulley off. may have to use a puller. http://shbox.com/1/pull_pulley.jpg

When I did mine, I used a block of wood and hammer to tap the pulley off from the back side. The pulley actually is not a press fit to the hub, it's only a slip fit. But the years of rust and grunge can make it hard to get off. Letting it soak well with PB Blaster for a while will help. Once you clean the hub and pulley mating surfaces up, the pulley will fall right back on. Also pay attention to the arrow on the pulley and the line on the hub. Be sure to line those up when putting it back together.

BEfore you buy the cap and rotor, look into buying the entire dizzy with a lifetime warranty. I found that the Richporter New Dizzy from O'reilly's is only a few $'s more than the cap and rotor are and it comes with a lifetime warranty. When time comes to replace the cap and rotor again you simply remove the dizzy and get an entire NEW unit for free. All it costs you then is some coolant and a water pump gasket or 2. Just remember the NEW RICHPORTER Dizzy not the Remanned A1C.
