i have a 1994 v6 rear end that does NOT have posi. Can i convert this rear end to posi traction and disc brakes like the z28 of that year had? if so what all would i need to purchase and about how much would that cost. thank you!

 

You would need a limited Slip Carrier for your series gears. Est $300 plus labor new or used much cheaper. Note: Posi is a slang term for a Limited slip.

 

Yes, and you can find the whole rear-end on eBay, junkyards, etc.

 

Make life simple, get complete rear from a 94-95 Z28, and you will have the posi and disk brakes included, and it will bolt right in.
