Default really high knock counts

Car: 94 lt1 with a cc305 cam. I'm fairly new to the LT1 and I'm noticing some incredibly high knock counts. These are just from Garage revs but at WOT I'm noticing over 57,000 knock counts. Yeah...lol....timing is being pulled by 11 degrees. Another thing is that my LTFT's are 157/160 at idle and seem to stay there without much change until the car see's over 3,200 or so. The car has obviously been tuned for nitrous, as I was told by previous owner that the original motor (blown up, go figure) was sprayed. Well, this is apparently a fresh motor. I don't hear any abnormal noises except for a few exhaust leaks. The car is pretty much without exhaust. Just an X-pipe with turndowns before axle. Could my knock sensor be picking up the noise in the garage??? I'm not sure how sensitive these sensors are in this car and I've heard the LT4 is the way to go especially with a cam and/or exhaust. All I know is, the car is running pig-rich until it hits above 3,000 and it's pulling timing like nobodies business.. Any thoughts? Just a general place to start? Thanks guys

Make sure the PCM is returned to stock programming, and replace the Knock Sensor module inside the PCM to the LT4 Corvette model. The LT4 module is tuned to ignore a lot of the false knock.
