Default iac counts?

So ive got my motor rebuilt and running... Installed lt4 hot cam kit and had solomon tune it. Its running pretty damn good... Sounds great! So thanks to those who have helped me out!! Only issue is it will idle high for a short period when cranked then slowly drop to about 900-800 Ive suspected the iac for awile now. I have a scanner now and its showing the iac at 0 . Im certian i have no air leaks/vaccum leaks. And the throttle body was just cleaned. So bad iac? What ya think?

Yea i have codes for both oxygen sesors. They are brand new denso sensors but im running it open header at the moment so id say thats probably why im getting the light. Gotta get it to a exhaust shop monday morning and a have a new y pipe made to fit the headers. A rough guess maybe 30-45 seconds maybe less to idle down from say 1500-2000rpm. I know i need to get the pipes on but 0 iac count seems wacky.
