putting 94 engine harness in 93

Default putting 94 engine harness in 93

Does anyone know will the 94engine harness mate to the 93 wire harness ie power supply,fuel pump tac ect.I want to up grade to the 94obd1 set up. I have the 94 engine harness/computor and want to pull the 93 ecm and harness out.the fuel and power conection looks the same ecept one wire is a diffrent color then the 94 harness.any help thanks

why do you want obd1 ? you will have more sensors to deal with, and more tuning when you start to do work on it. it can be done but you will need to get a pcm instead of a ecm, you will need a mass air flow sensor for sure, i dont know what year they started using more o2 sensors, i know 93 only has one

94 only has the o2s beforeeach cat also

i have already meade this change because my 93 computer was bad and could not find one anywere because its a stand alone year with speed density. every thing plugs right in,but you will need mass air sensor,and differnt o2 sensors!other than that its acualy not bad at all to change! and the 93 has two o2 sensors just like the 94,one near each manifold!the only differance is the 93 is a singal wire sensor and the 94 has 4 wires
