P1441 is flow through the solenoid during non purge meaning that the solenoid is stuck open. Remove the solenoid from the engine and try to blow air through it. The solenoid probably won't hold pressure because it's been gummed up by charcoal, therefore triggering the P1441 and leaking pressure into the intake manifold all the time. Your charcoal canister is falling apart so bits of charcoal are being sucked up the EVAP line through the solenoid (which is stuck open) and into your intake.

Have you ever replaced the canister? They'll go bad for 2 reasons: overfilling of the gas tank or just aging.

If you replaced the evap minus charcoal and code cleared and stayed that way for a year then I'd look at the canister as the culprit
