last year i lost oil presser so i pulled the intake and had to replace my drive gear. well i got a lt1 air gap intake from jegs 36# (my computer is only tuned for 30#) fuel injectors and replaced my valve springs with better ones (Comp cam 280 XFI cam #07-467-8)

the car starts but rivs up to 2500 then stalls when it hits under 1000 and dont know y we checked for vac leaks and rechecked all my valve lash its alll good and everythings is pluged in so i have no clue whats going on

 

Get a tune and see what that does for you. Those valve springs and injector changes may have been enough to throw it all out of whack.

 

what rockers are you using? what separation is the cam? 113? try putting the 30lb injectors in.

 

found the problem a huge vacum leak in the back of the intake but could hear it with the car having open headers but it runs great and everything is hooked up and working great for the most part my speedometer is way off i had this problem last year at the end of the year when i did my 6 speed swap. i swapped sensor in the trany and is still off it says i am doing 30 when i am doing 60 i know i still have to get my computer tuned for the swap but could that have something to do with the swap
