Post headers install question
so is the car running good? what add ons or mods have you done? new headers can foul the 02 sensors. something to do with the first few times they heat up. a fouled 02 sensor can give false readings that are within the acceptable range. i changed my 02s the first time i changed the oil after the install. they were old anyways. later i was getting lean and rich codes on mine and it was a couple of things. a couple partially plugged injectors and the solenoid and the control valve failed on the evap system. the 02s and plugs got fouled then to. thats when i switched to heated 02s. i think with the 95 you would have 1 cat so would only have one 02 sensor after the cat.

Ive only done headers. I only have the 2 o2 senors on the headers beacuse the cated y pipe. It does seem like maybe its running rough and im not getting as good as gas mileage as I was.
torque, u know that the narrow bands will peg rich and lean over and over again as they bounce around stoich.. you cant datalog narrowbands and get any useful information. going rich and lean isnt an indicator of the o2 going bad, that is just what they do. They know when they are right on, and when they are low or when they are high... but as far as how much high or low they have no idea
but it helps confirm what you suspect. Also, you get much more data when logging.
Are you trying to imply that getting a cable and datalogging is a bad idea vs just tossing parts at it? I don't believe you are. I'd be lost a few times if i didn't have the cable and the ability to flash the computer.
