what is the better buy for the HP. (goods and bads). there is a guy on ebay i trust.hes selling thehypertech programmer but am unsure being i can get a custom tuned pcm for around 75$ to meet my mods. i have a 96 z28 also why on pcmforless.com do they have the tune for OBD 1 on the 96-97 lt1. just wondering thanks

 

pcmforless will get you more, the hypertechs typically don't get you much(Corvette Mag. got 3 HP and 8 TQ out of one...for $400)
